Rise and Pies is a small batch scratch bakery. I specialize in sourdough breads, pastries, and Pies. You can also find us every Saturday at the Foothills Mall in Fort Collins for the Winter Farmers Markets and in Greeley on the first and third Saturday's at Zoe's Cafe. The shop will be open from 9 until 1 when there isn't a market at Zoe's.
