It's called Paikka, which is a Finnish word meaning place. This is our new place, just like the hardworking farmers who immigrated from Finland well over one hundred years ago, and settled much of the land here in McCall. Paikka is a bakery specializing in simple, traditional methods. We use locally sourced sustainable ingredients of the very highest quality. Our premium product will be offered to our neighbors with healthy wholesome grains. Bread is a quintessentially human process and food. Simple ingredients, made by hand, we can't wait for you to experience this new place.
