Desert Badger Baking Company was started by Darla Broughton in 2022. We bake cookies, biscochitos, and make gourmet chocolates. We are a home-based business working out of the Socorro Regional Commercial Kitchen. All foods are prepared in a commercial kitchen and crafted, by hand, with real ingredients. We don't use preservatives or hydrogenated oils.
