In 2019, I started Millbridge Cake in my Waxhaw kitchen, creating fresh, less-sweet cakes and desserts like those I made for my family. After four years of word-of-mouth growth, I expanded into ‘Littl Madeleine,’ a charming Korean cafe offering madeleines, scones, cookies, cheesecakes, and other Korean treats. At Littl ♡ Madeleine, every madeleine, scone, cookie, and cake is crafted exclusively with organic flour, organic sugar, organic milk, organic honey, organic eggs, AA-grade butter, and pure heavy cream. We handcraft everything in small batches, ensuring it’s fresh and real, and only make what we truly love, so we can confidently recommend each item to our customers. Gratefully, Sadie
