Hi! My name is Joni Kimsey Raper, and I am the cake artist for Kimsey Kakes. I started doing cakes for other people in 2007. After I won a cake competition at Star102.1, I went on stage at the Tennessee Theater with Buddy Velastro (The Cake Boss from TLC), and I won another competition there! My business was featured on WATEs "Made in Tennessee", and I also had a casting call for "Cupcake Wars"! I enjoy creating cake sculptures and masterpieces to showcase at any event/party/get-together/celebration. I love that I get to be creative and artistic everyday!!!
