We are an organic sourdough bakery located in Nolensville, Tennessee focused on fresh, simple ingredients ONLY. Our bread is made from only three simple ingredients: organic flour, spring water, and salt. There are no preservatives, no fillers, no gums, and no seed oils. Each batch is slow-fermented for 36 hours, creating unmatched flavor, a chewy interior, and a crisp, golden crust.
