Alex and Marijke Rossi have opened The Bakery LLC at 1025 Main Street in Evanston, WY. Along with them they have their master baker Piersten (Pie) Jones who has a degree in pastry and baking. They make a variety of pastries, artisan breads and some lunch options. Wednesday through Saturday 9:00am-4:00 pm, Sunday 11:00am-4:00pm.
