  “The recipe for their fried pies came directly from my grandmother, Ruby Bolls. I grew-up enjoying that dough in home-made cinnamon rolls, yeast rolls, and of course, fried peach and apple pies. You will never find a tastier treat! My good cousin Gary Allen and his dear, late wife Nell Rae, started this enterprise more than 30 years ago. The tradition lives.”
