Best twist on typical Chinese style cake
“They make the best chocolate banana Chinese style cake ever! But maybe they're the only ones that put that twist on the cake? ” -

“We were invited to a surprise party in LA. So we ordered days before and paid in full for 100 turon (banana fritters) for pick up at 10am. All we needed to do was stop by pick up the order and be on our way. Should have taken 5 minutes at the most. We got there around 10:15 am. They didn't have anything ready. In fact they didn't even start frying them until we were standing asking for the order!!!!\n\nBAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Don't order from here, they are NOT RELIABLE.\n\nIt took us an hour of waiting standing there before we got our order. Obviously we were very late for the surprise party and were not able to get there before the birthday girl did.\n\nWe are definitely not going to ever order from this place again. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! ” -

Buyer Beware!
“BUYERS BEWARE! Judging from the images and verbiage on their website, as well as their initial commitment to the recreation of one of their theme cakes for our child's birthday, we went ahead and placed our order weeks in advance only to be completely disappointed on the day we were scheduled to pick it up. First, the cake on their album looked nothing like the cake that they brought to the counter for us. Not only was it a completely different cake, the frosting and decorative edging seemed as if it was done by a person using a caulking gun for the first time. Horrible! Secondly, when asked how far into the process did they realize they could not deliver on their commitment, the answer was days in advance.(Sufficient time for them to call us and let us know that they would be unable to deliver and show us the alternative). With our family and guests waiting for the delivery of the birthday cake, we had no choice but to take it, but not without notifying the cashier that we would be back to speak to the owner of the establishment. Thirdly, the cake was the wrong bread! Yes, The wrong bread! Lastly, the cake was no less than 2 days old. Needless to say, it was thrown into the trash. Costco cupcakes came to the rescue! We should have gone with our gut feeling once we initially saw the establishment. This was a horrible experience. For a job well done, find a clean establishment with good reviews.”
