“Cakes By Kim delivered my wedding cake without the top. This was a huge disappointment on my wedding day. Kim has refused to answer any of my emails or phone calls. I never received an explanation or apology.”

“Cakes by Kim did not honor my contract and provided me with sub par service. When discussing the issue, I was hung up on, and there was no one to help rectify this situation. There are many other bakers in the area and I suggest using them instead.”
